Ticket refund, rescheduled concerts
Dear Customers, Thank you for the patience and confidence you have been showing us the last few weeks. Please, take a look at the below information on the ticket options of the cancelled concerts, which were originally due in the spring:
ticket refund
1. Your ticket(s) for the cancelled concerts of the Pannon Philharmonic will be exchanged for the concerts of Season 2020/21 in the ticket office of Kodály Centre between the 1 and 30 September, 2020. The tickets for the New Year’s and Valentine Day gala concerts cannot be picked for exchange, but all other concerts are, up to the capacity of the venue.
2. Should you not wish to take advantage of the above-mentioned opportunity, we would be grateful, if you could join those culture fans who do not request a refund but support the orchestra with the price of their tickets.
3. In case you wish to request a ticket refund, we will certainly provide you with a refund as follows:
a. If you purchased your ticket in the webshop of Jegymester, please send a refund request email to info@jegymester.hu, and Jegymester will transfer the ticket price back to your bank account online.
b. Should you have bought your tickets in person, you can get a refund at the site of purchase. With consideration of the good health of the audience, the ticket office of Kodály Centre can be visited only after pre-registration for an appointment between 10 am and 6 pm on weekdays. Appointments can be made at www.kodalykozpontjegyiroda.hu. For help with and information on the registration process, please call +36 72 500 300.
According to the General Terms and Conditions (www.pfz.hu/kozerdeku-adatok), ticket refunds can be requested within 60 days from the date of announcement.
RESCHEDULED CONCERTS
Concerts cancelled during Season 2019/2020 are going to be rescheduled for the autumn of the next season. Information regarding the tickets of individual concerts (e.g. the performance of the Kosovo Philharmonic) and of the +1 optional concerts (e.g. Master Trio) will be made available at a later point in time.
Perhaps you have also been informed about the hardships in the world of performing arts caused by the missing revenue due to concert cancellations and by the emotional strain on musicians. One of the concerts in each subscription series can unfortunately not be rescheduled. Please, support our orchestra by attending the replacement concerts and by not requesting a fractional refund for the one permanently cancelled concert.

information for our subscription holders
The Pannon Philharmonic do everything in their power that the next concert season can proceed in a normal fashion. The answers to our questionnaire have confirmed our plans, which are as follows:
- Online subscription renewal is available to our subscription holders, so no personal renewal process is necessary. Also, the season tickets can be paid for by bank transfer, bank card transaction or upon receipt with the courier.
- With careful safety measures in place, in June our ticket office was re-opened in Kodály Centre, so that those who can renew their subscription only in person, should have the possibility to do so.
- We offer our usual subscription series with the usual number of concerts.
- We have retained our +1 concert option as well, which is available for purchase from the autumn. Should the need arise, online registration will be provided.
- No changes in the subscription prices and discount options have been undertaken.
- We provide a second performance of those subscription concerts where the number of seats must be limited, so that all of our subscription holders can attend all concerts of their season ticket.
- We have been collaborating with the facility operators of Kodály Centre to enable online streaming.
Please, confirm with Ms Blanka Tátrai (tatrai.blanka@pfz.hu) or Ms Nikolett Teszlák (teszlak.nikolett@pfz.hu) if
- you are ready to attend the three replacement concerts offered,
- you request a refund for the fourth, permanently cancelled concert or decide to support the Pannon Philharmonic with the fractional ticket price.
Thank you!
